Abiodun had always dreamed of living in the city, and her dream had finally come true. She had moved into a decent apartment in an old historical building and basement with an intriguing past. The building had been used for various traditional purposes over the years, and its mystery came from the house’s old, unused basement, which has rumors of mysteries.
One afternoon, Abiodun, now with the time to herself after the months of cleanup, decided to explore her new home. As she went down the creaky wooden stairs to the basement, which was dark, she saw a strange-looking door hidden in the corner of the basement. It was eerie-looking and was covered with dust and cobwebs, as if decades had passed since it was last opened.

Curiosity got the better of Abiodun, and she decided to unravel the mystery of the mystery door. Struggling a little helped her push the heavy door open. She felt a sense of gloom and uncertainty when the door creaked open. To her astonishment, it led to a hardly perceptible passage that seemed to go on forever. The air was cool in an odd way, and there was an odd humming near the end of the passage.
She stepped tentatively into the unfamiliar hallway. She couldn’t help but venture deeper into what must have been a tunnel. Her heart beat with fear and thrill mixed together as she ventured deeper into the maze beneath.

Lastly, after what felt like hours, Abiodun stumbled into a gigantic, cave-like room. But it was unlike anything on Earth. It was otherworldly! The walls pulsed with an ethereal iridescence, and a strange, violet sky arched overhead. Bizarre creatures with luminescent skin darted over the rock face.
Abiodun noticed that she had somehow ended up on another planet. It was remarkably lovely and alien-like. She gazed around in wonder at her surroundings, and a holographic projection materialized in front of her, displaying a countdown timer. It read: “Earth – Time Until Invasion: 30 Days.”

Wow — what a beginning!
Thank you so much for coming aboard with Abiodun in this first step. From the city streets teeming with people to a hidden doorway that transports her to another world. who would have believed that her fantasies would turn into a space odyssey?
From a distance, it was merely an old building with some history to it. Yet something was hiding beneath the floors — something old, something mysterious. and now, as the clock ticked quickly towards an invasion, Abiodun’s story has only just started.
What is this strange new world she’s found? Why was the episode connected to her flat? And worst of all, most frightening of all — what happens when the countdown runs out?
These are the questions we’ll answer in Episode 2 — and trust me, you won’t want to miss it!
